Recorded, not retyped

Every identifier traces back to a page and a row.

The catalogue is built from a supplied source document. Each identifier carries the position it was read from, and any value that document does not confirm is published as unconfirmed rather than estimated. That is why some cells on this site are visibly empty instead of looking complete.

Buyer due diligence

Ask for the source position of any value, the ordering code for your market and the condition stated per line item. All three are checkable before a purchase order.

How parameters are published

Every parameter row carries a source position. A row shows either a reachable source with its verification date, or an explicit pending state. A value is never published without one of the two.

Trade status

What we are / What we do not claim

Two-way radio procurement decisions get audited. This statement is published so that buyers can describe the supply position accurately in their own internal documents.

What we are

  • A trading and distribution company supplying Motorola two-way radio hardware into Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
  • A supplier of portable, mobile, energy and accessory items sourced through the channels available to us.
  • A counterparty that publishes the source position of every parameter it lists, and marks the ones it has not yet verified.

What we do not claim

  • We do not claim to be a Motorola authorised dealer, official distributor or channel partner. No such status has been confirmed.
  • We do not claim that every catalogue parameter has been verified against a current manufacturer datasheet. Unverified values are marked as such rather than filled in.
  • We do not claim that any model may be operated in your country without the licence your national regulator requires.
  • We do not claim stock quantities, delivery guarantees or certification numbers that we cannot evidence on request.

Identifiers available to quote

Every entry below is an identifier from the operator’s Motorola catalogue, carrying the four recorded facts: model, frequency band, channel capacity and ingress protection. Where the source document does not confirm a value, the tile says so instead of filling the gap.

How an enquiry runs

From identifier to quotation in four steps

01

Build the enquiry

Send the identifier you are working from and the conditions you will buy under.

  • Exact identifier or ordering code
  • Band you are licensed to operate
  • Quantity per identifier
  • Destination country and port
02

We confirm the identifier

You receive the recorded facts with their source position rather than a rewritten specification.

  • Recorded band, channel capacity and ingress protection
  • Source position for each value
  • Regional counterpart names for that identifier
  • The questions still open in the source document
03

You confirm the ordering code

A regional name is not a substitution. The code decides what actually ships.

  • Band split follows the ordering code, not the name
  • Keypad layout and firmware follow the code
  • Regulatory marking follows the market build
  • Confirm the code before the quotation is issued
04

Quotation, then PI

The quotation carries the configuration; the proforma invoice confirms it. There is no online ordering.

  • Condition stated per line item
  • Incoterms stated on the quotation
  • Admission and frequency licence: operator responsibility
  • Transport position for energy items confirmed per shipment

Common questions

Answers that change the order

Two models look equivalent — how do I decide?

Model names sold in different regions are a naming relationship, not a substitution, so the decision is driven by the market you will operate in rather than by performance. What matters is the ordering code for your destination: firmware, band split and regulatory marking follow the regional build. Publish your destination country and band requirement in the enquiry and we will confirm the code that matches.

How do I choose a frequency band?

Choose the band your licence covers, then buy the hardware to match. In most GCC markets the regulator grants specific frequencies and requires type-approved equipment; ordering a band that your licence does not cover creates equipment you cannot lawfully use. Band availability is recorded per ordering code, not per model name.

How can I tell a new unit from a refurbished one?

Check the serial number against the manufacturer record, compare the battery and accessory part numbers against the build sheet, and inspect the housing for refinishing. Ask for photographs of the actual serial plate before payment, and keep them — the plate, not the listing, is the evidence. We publish condition per batch in the quotation rather than defaulting every line to new.

Can lithium-ion batteries be shipped by air?

Only with the transport documentation completed for the specific battery and packing configuration, and many carriers refuse loose lithium cells entirely. Expect a sea or road default for bulk energy items. The transport position is confirmed per shipment, and this site does not present a blanket answer as if it were one.

Before you commit

Due diligence you can run on any supplier, including us

These four checks do not depend on trusting this site or any other. They work on a competitor, on an agent and on us equally.

Ask for the source position of any value

If a supplier cannot say which document a parameter was read from, treat that parameter as marketing until they can.

Ask for the ordering code, not the marketing name

Regional names describe the same family. The ordering code decides band split, keypad layout, firmware and marking.

Ask which condition is being quoted, per line

New and refurbished are different products at different prices. A quotation that does not say which one cannot be compared.

Check admission yourself, not through the supplier

Type approval and the frequency licence are granted to you and your regulator. No supplier can transfer that to you.

Before you order

Admission, licensing and transport

Radio equipment admission

In Saudi Arabia, radio equipment is subject to communications-regulator type approval and to import documentation. In the UAE the equivalent requirement sits with its telecommunications regulator. Which approval applies to a specific model depends on the model, the band and the year of import — not on the brand.

Confirm the requirement with the local regulator and your freight forwarder before ordering.

Lithium battery transport

Batteries are shipped under dangerous-goods rules. What is required depends on the battery, whether it is packed with or inside equipment, and the mode of transport. Bulk energy items are frequently restricted to sea or road freight.

Confirm the transport position with your freight forwarder before confirming the order.

How parameters are published

Every parameter row carries a source position. A row shows either a reachable source with its verification date, or an explicit pending state. A value is never published without one of the two.

Buyer tools

The two questions that decide most orders

Which regional build am I actually buying, and which energy item fits it. Both are answered from recorded data, with the unrecorded rows visible rather than guessed.

Lookup · Model ↔ Battery

Battery Finder

Search by model to see recorded energy items, or run the reverse lookup by part number. Transport restrictions are flagged per part.

Reference · Regional naming

Regional Naming Reference

Cross-reference the regional names a model is sold under, so a tender document and a purchase order describe the same hardware.

Commercial questions

What the quotation and the PI decide

Get a quotation

Build the enquiry from the catalogue

An enquiry that arrives with these four facts removes most of the first reply round-trips. Everything else can be settled after the identifier is confirmed.

What to prepare

  • The identifier or ordering code, written exactly as it appears in your document
  • The band your licence covers, not the band you would prefer
  • Quantity per identifier, and whether the order is one shipment or phased
  • Destination country and port, with the Incoterms you want quoted

Enquiry channels

Telephone, email and messaging handles are not published yet. They are withheld deliberately: a published channel becomes a contractual promise, and this site will only list an address that the company has confirmed.

  • Build an enquiry brief on the enquiry page. It composes a complete, copyable specification request you can send through whatever channel you already use.
  • Include the exact model identifier, band requirement and destination country. Those three fields remove most of the first reply round-trips.

Enquiry

Send the configuration, not just the model name

Band, destination and quantity decide whether a quotation is usable in one round or three. Compose the brief and it carries all three.
